HKCCCU Logos Academy (Direct-subsidy School in Through-train Mode)
Guidelines on Application for Admission to Foundation Stage One 2012/2013.

1.    All Hong Kong children born on or before 31 December 2006 are eligible to apply for admission to HKCCCU  Logos Academy. The Government's Primary One Admission Net mechanism does not apply here.

 2.   The annual tuition fee of HK$23,000 for 2010-2011 Foundation Stage One will be collected in 10 instalments. The annual tuition fee for the 2012-2013 school year is pending for EDB’s approval. Qualified families may apply for the Fee Remission Scheme of the school. All applications will be kept confidential. Details can be referred to the Fee Remission Application Form or can be obtained at the General Office.

3.    Identical briefing sessions in Cantonese will be held between April and June 2011. Please visit News of the school website for the update information. For reservations, please call 2337 2126.

 4.    Please use a blue or black ball pen when filling in the application form.

 5.   The completed application form, together with a photocopy of the Birth Certificate of the student applicant, a cheque of HK$200 which is non-refundable and made payable to ' The HKCCCU Logos Academy Management Committee Ltd ' and any additional information and supporting documents can be sent by post or delivered in person to the following address on or before 18 June 2011

6.     Student applicants are required to join a group interview which will be held in the afternoon of 25 June or 9 July, 2011. The school will conduct further interviews with selected student applicants and their parents. These applicants will be notified of the time and place accordingly.

7.     At least 198 places will be available for Foundation Stage One. Applicants will be informed of the result individually. Successful applicants who decide to join the school will not be allocated any Primary 1 place through the EDB's Primary One Admission System.
