HKCCCU Logos Academy ( Direct-subsidy School in Through-train Mode)
Guidelines on Application for 2011/2012 Admission

1.
All Hong Kong children reaching the specified academic standard are eligible to apply for admission to HKCCCU Logos Academy.

2.
i) The annual tuition fee of HK$23,000  for Foundation Stage one to two and Development Stage one to
    three will be collected in 10 instalments.
ii) The annual tuition fee of HK$26,000 for Development Stage four to five, Mastery Stage one to three, and Secondary six will be collected in 10 instalments.
Remarks: If students take IB Diploma Programme as an option in Mastery Stage three, additional annual tuition fee of HK$18,000(to be confirmed) will be collected in 10 instalments.
iii) The annual tuition fee of HK$30,000 for Secondary seven will be collected in 10 instalments.
iv) Qualified families may apply for the Fee Remission Scheme of the school. All applications will be kept confidential. Details can be referred to the Fee Remission Application Form or can be obtained at the General Office.

Please use a blue or black ball pen when filling in the application form.

The completed application form, together with photocopies of birth certificate, academic reports of recent two years, any certified documents related to the student applicant and a HK$200 cheque payable to 'The HKCCCU Logos Academy Management Committee Ltd' (non-refundable), can be sent by post or delivered in person to the following address: General Office, The Hong Kong Chinese Christian Churches Union Logos Academy,

Upon the completion of the application process, students will participate in an assessment. The school will conduct individual interviews with selected applicants and their parents.
