Collection of 2015 HKDSE Certificates

The certificates of 2015 HKDSE have been collected from HKEAA and are now ready for collection. Students have to come back in person to collect the certificates at the General Office in Campus 2 during Office Hours (from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) from Monday to Friday on or before 13 November 2015 (Friday). Parents may also collect the certificates for students who are studying aboard.

Please check the personal data on the certificate of your child. If there is any amendment, you should complete the specific form and return it together with the certificate to HKEAA Southorn Centre Office, Wan Chai, as soon as possible in person. That specific form can be collected at our School General Office.

If there is a need to make amendment of personal data on the certificate, there will be a charge of HK$226 to be made on or before 31 Dec 2015 at HKEAA Southorn Centre in person.
